Frequently Asked Questions

A project is a curated presentation — a collection of folders, each with photos, videos, notes, and map data — that you share with clients as a polished, branded link.
You can still access and share all your existing projects — nothing gets locked. You just can't create new ones until your limit resets at the start of the next month. Upgrading gives you a higher limit or removes it entirely.
You won't be able to upload new files, but everything already stored stays safe and accessible. Upgrade your plan at any time to get more space.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your account at any time. No penalties, no lock-in.
Yes — Essential and Pro subscribers can pause their account for 1, 2, or 3 months. The pause begins at the end of your current billing period, so you always get what you've paid for. While paused, your Library and Projects stay safe and your client links still work — you just can't add or edit content. Your subscription resumes automatically when the pause period ends, or you can resume early at any time from Account Settings.
Your existing projects stay accessible after a downgrade. If your usage exceeds your new plan's limits you won't be able to upload new files or create new projects until you're within the limit. You can delete projects and files from your account at any time to free up space.
No — clients don't need an account. You share your project via a link. If you've set a password on the project, just share that password with your client so they can access it.
Yes — Essential annual billing is $209/yr (equivalent to $17.42/mo), saving you 8% versus monthly. Pro annual is $390/yr ($32.50/mo equivalent), saving you 17%. Switch to yearly using the toggle at the top of this page.
